Designed & manufactured by Cast Aluminum Solutions, CAST-X Circulation Heaters feature low-watt-density heating elements cast into aluminum bodies which also contain spiraled stainless steel flow-tubes. Heated media is isolated in these flow-tubes, never touching the heating element: this is a key safety feature, allowing for the safe heating of flammable liquids & gases. The design is also very sanitary, so pharmaceutical, food, laboratory and industrial gas processors utilize CAST-X Heaters extensively.
